Factory service is performed at Benshaw's state-of-the-art Technical Service Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Benshaw's factory service technicians perform retrofits, upgrades, emergency and scheduled repairs and control modifications on printed circuit boards, power electronic control assemblies and electronic subassemblies.

We service all brands of low and medium voltage solid state starters, electromechanical controls and DC drives. We also service variable frequency AC drives from Benshaw, Danfoss, Yaskowa, LG and Magnetek.

Our Technical Service Center is equipped with the latest diagnostics, testing and repair equipment, including a full range of Dynamometers for load testing (to 1,000 horsepower), power quality test equipment, thermal cycling chambers, board level electronics testing equipment and functional test equipment. All test processes meet or exceed ISO 9001 requirements.
